Term Of Use

At AMAN COLLECTION (shreejisaree.com), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help.

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must also be in the original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Non-Returnable Items

Several types of goods are non-returnable:

  • Downloadable software products

  • Health and personal care items

  • Intimate or sanitary goods

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Only partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Books with obvious signs of use

  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records

  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error

  • Any item returned after more than 30 days from delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (PhonePe, UPI, card, etc.) within 5–7 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. First check your bank account again.

  2. Then contact your credit card company; it may take time before the refund is officially posted.

  3. Next, contact your bank. Processing time may vary.

  4. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@shreesaree.com.

Sale Items

  • Only regular-priced items may be refunded.

  • Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at:

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please ship it to:

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.The orders will be delivered within 5-7 business days .

  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For higher value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
