Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with AMAN COLLECTION (shreejisaree.com). Below is our shipping policy, which outlines delivery timelines, charges, and other important information related to the shipment of your order.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after receiving full payment.
Once processed, your order will be handed over to the courier service for delivery and after dispatch the order will be delivered within 5-7 business days.
2. Shipping Time & Delivery
Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Deliveries to remote areas or during peak seasons may take longer.
We will share tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched.
3. Shipping Charges
Free shipping is available on orders above a certain value (e.g., ₹999) — as displayed during checkout.
For orders below the threshold, a nominal shipping fee will be added based on delivery location and weight.
4. Delivery Locations
We currently ship across India to all serviceable pin codes.
If your address is not serviceable by our logistics partners, we will notify you and process a full refund.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is currently not available.
All orders must be prepaid via PhonePe, UPI, debit/credit card, or net banking.
6. Delays & Exceptions
While we make every effort to deliver on time, delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural calamities, logistics disruptions, or incorrect addresses.
AMAN COLLECTION is not responsible for delivery delays once the order has been handed over to the courier service.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address, contact number, and pin code are correct before placing the order.
If a package is returned to us due to incorrect/incomplete address or unavailability, the buyer is responsible for reshipping costs (if applicable).
8. Shipment Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
An SMS or email with the tracking ID and courier partner details.
You can track the shipment directly on the courier’s website or from the tracking link we provide.
9. Damaged or Lost Packages
If you receive a damaged package or if the package is lost in transit:
Please email us at info@shreesaree.com with your order number and photos (if applicable).
We will investigate and work with our courier partner to resolve the issue.
Replacements or refunds will be processed based on the investigation outcome.
